What are the Limits of the 10-Day Pre-Owned Vehicle Exchange Guarantee?

Our 10-Day Exchange Guarantee begins the day you receive the vehicle, regardless of time of day. During that time, you can drive it for up to 500 miles and exchange it for any reason. To exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 10th calendar day after receiving your vehicle.

We Cannot Accept an Exchange if the Car Has Been:

• Modified

• In an Accident or Damaged

• Altered from the Condition it was Delivered In

• Put on a Security as a Loan (Also Known as Encumbrance)

If the car doesn't have any of the issues listed above, we will accept the exchange within the 10 days no matter how you paid for the vehicle.

No cash alternative. This is a trade-in credit for a vehicle of equal or greater value. The purchase price includes down payment, applicable taxes, title, doc and dealer fees and the price of any aftermarket products purchased from the selling dealer. Applies to original vehicle purchase only; limited to 1 vehicle exchange per calendar year, including joint ownership.

*Not All Vehicles are applicable for 10-Day Pre-Owned Exchange Guarantee Program. Vehicles that qualify must be less than or equal to 10 years old and have less than or equal to 100,000 miles at the time of sale. Vehicle must be returned to the same dealership as it was purchased.
